The Dead Lands
Located about 50 miles away from The Hunters Guild lay a vast expanse of nothingness. The ground was dry and cracked clay from being under the sun for long periods of time. It had once been under water but now was completely exposed to the elements. The sun could rise this areas temperature easily up to about 180 degrees Fahrenheit [82.2 degrees Celsius] and was on average at about 100 degrees Fahrenheit [37.7 degrees Celsius]. There were absolutely no plants anywhere to be seen and no animals of any sort passed through. There weren’t even any bones as one got towards the center of the zone as nothing survived that far in. This dead area was about 100 mile wide and long in a oblong shape and surrounding it were some lower mountain but they could barely be seen in the distance.
